PEN15-03

"Released" in August 1999.
This is what I call (well, USED to call) "the lost pack", because no one had it, not even me.
That is, until I told Tribe that no one has it, and he checked his old BBS computer and there
it was! To be honest - this is pen15-03 version 2. The first pen15-03 was 100% ANSI by me,
and was pretty .. bad. (The only ANSI from the first version featured in this pack is
3K-USELS.ANS) I tried uploading it to the ACiD Artpacks Archive, and failed.
Then my hd broke.

After this, pen15 sorta died.
